By accessing this website you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them you may not use this website.  The crowsfeet.net website is provided solely for your personal, non- commercial use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.

Acceptances of your order

The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and crowsfeet.net shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to place an order with us.  We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.

If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or to a change in price from that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provide when placing the order.  If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.  We will not supply a substitute item without your express authority.

At present we can only accept orders in pounds sterling and from within the UK.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items.  We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.

Minimum delivery charge is £4.00 to include insurance until it is signed for/received.

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, and will require a signature so please ensure that someone will be available to sign at the delivery address.

Delivery time is not the essence of the contract and delivery dates are given without acceptance of liability.

Returns/Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.  On receipt of your purchase you must contact us within 48 hours to obtain a Returns Number by email on

Items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging and returned with your receipt and Returns Number.  We can only credit a refund to the original purchaser’s card.

Jewellery purchased must be returned within 3 working days of receiving the items.  We regret that pierced earrings cannot be exchanged.

It is advisable to keep your ‘proof of posting’ as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in return transit.  Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Payment

Payment can be made securely online, via PayPal, by Visa, MasterCard or Switch debit card.

All online transactions are subject to validation checks by the card issuer and processed using a secure server. None of the purchaser’s card details are retained by crowsfeet.net but are forwarded directly to the processing bank as you make your purchase.

Payment may only be made in pounds sterling.

Given the unpredictability of technology crowsfeet.net makes no promise that the website will be uninterrupted or error free, or free of viruses or bugs or compatible with any other software.

Accessing the site is entirely at your own risk.  The content of the site is presented ‘as is’ and we do not guarantee accuracy whether explicit or implied.  Colour reproduction may vary and we cannot be responsible for deemed variations between photographs and products.

We reserve the right to amend errors, make changes to our website, withdraw any part of our website or to update product information at any time we consider necessary.

The personally identifiable information we gather from you when you place an order will only be used to help serve you.  It will be used to process your orders and to personalise your shopping experience.  When you send us an email, we will retain the content and your email address to respond to your message and handle any follow up.

Postal addresses and telephone numbers are used for processing orders, delivering merchandise and for when communication is needed. Postal and email addresses will be kept and used for periodic mailings regarding new products and developments at crowsfeet.net.

If you do not wish to receive such mailings please advise us on Cookies are used in our e-Shop, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket when you have selected an item.

We do not disclose information you provide to third parties.
